PYLRR is currently in private iPhone beta.

Account or membership help

Open PYLRR and use the available support or account options. Include a short description of the issue, but never send your password, full payment details or private Apple credentials.

Restore a purchase

Sign into the same Apple account used for the original purchase, open the Membership screen and choose Restore Purchases. If access does not update, contact support from the account experiencing the issue.

Report a safety concern

Use the report control attached to the relevant post, reply, message, event or profile. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Beta access

The current TestFlight group is invitation-only. New testers can be added by the PYLRR team as capacity allows.

Events and partnerships

Organizations interested in sponsored events, community partnerships or future organization plans can contact the PYLRR team through an existing business contact while the public inquiry channel is being finalized.
