How to request deletion

1. Email support@pylrr.com from the email address registered to your PYLRR account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my PYLRR account.
3. Include your PYLRR profile name. Do not send your password or payment information.
4. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we send you. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.

You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the PYLRR app.

What will be deleted

After verification, PYLRR will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data from active systems, including the account profile, profile details, preferences, saved items, posts, comments, messages and other user-generated content associated with the account, except where limited retention is required as described below.

Timing and limited retention

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

PYLRR may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or compliance with legal obligations. Transaction and tax records may be retained for up to seven years when required by law. Retained data is restricted to the applicable purpose and is not kept in an active member profile.

Subscriptions

Deleting a PYLRR account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Cancel any active subscription through the store account used to purchase it to prevent future renewal charges.
